Application Terms

Welcome to The Select Circle. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose of the Application
Submitting an application does not create a membership agreement and does not guarantee acceptance into The Select Circle. All applications are reviewed individually and at the sole discretion of The Select Circle.
2. No Guarantee of Acceptance
The Select Circle carefully selects members based on various factors, including but not limited to compatibility, availability of suitable introductions, gender balance within the membership pool, location, preferences, and overall fit within the network. The Select Circle reserves the right to accept or decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Accuracy of Information
Applicants agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information throughout the application process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the application being declined or future membership being terminated.
4. Personal Consultation
Following review of an application, applicants may be invited to participate in a personal consultation. An invitation to a consultation does not guarantee acceptance as a member.
5. Membership Options
Membership options, pricing, services, and availability may be discussed after an application has been reviewed. Submitting an application does not obligate the applicant to purchase a membership. Likewise, The Select Circle is under no obligation to offer membership to any applicant.
6. Matchmaking Services
The Select Circle provides a personalised introduction service. The purpose of the service is to facilitate introductions between individuals who may share compatible values, goals, lifestyles, or relationship preferences. Introductions are based on information provided by applicants and members, together with the matchmaker's professional judgement.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The Select Circle does not guarantee: - A match - A specific number of introductions - Mutual attraction - Chemistry between individuals - Compatibility - Relationship success - Long-term relationship outcomes - Engagement or marriage Human relationships involve personal choice, chemistry, timing, and circumstances beyond the control of any matchmaking service.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
Introductions are made based on information provided by applicants and members, together with professional judgement. The Select Circle cannot verify every statement made by applicants or members and cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by applicants or members. The Select Circle cannot guarantee future behaviour, intentions, or actions of any individual. Once an introduction has been made, all communication, dating decisions, and relationship choices remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.
9. Communication
Regarding Your Application By submitting an application, applicants understand and agree that The Select Circle may contact them regarding: - Their application - Membership opportunities - Matchmaking opportunities - Updates related to the application process Such communication may take place by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or other contact details provided by the applicant.
10. Privacy
Personal information submitted during the application process will be handled in accordance with The Select Circle Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
The Select Circle reserves the right to update these Application Terms at any time. Continued participation in the application process constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
