The Select Circle provides a highly personal and carefully curated matchmaking service.

We do not automatically disclose your full application, questionnaire, contact information or other confidential information to potential matches.

Where we believe there may be genuine potential for an introduction, we may share selected and relevant profile information with another suitable candidate or member as part of the introduction process.

We aim to share only the information reasonably necessary to facilitate that introduction. Direct contact details are not shared without an appropriate basis or your involvement in the introduction process.

The Select Circle does not guarantee a match, introduction, relationship or particular outcome.

6. Photographs

Photographs submitted to The Select Circle may be used internally for screening, profile assessment and matchmaking purposes.

We do not publicly publish your photographs or use them for marketing purposes without separate permission where such permission is required.

Where appropriate as part of a potential introduction, selected photographs may be shared privately with another suitable candidate or member.

7. Service Providers and Sharing of Personal Information

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate our website, database, communications, payments and online services.

Depending on your interaction with The Select Circle, these may include services provided by:

Wix, for website and online functionality
Airtable, for database, forms and matchmaking administration
Google services, including Gmail, for business communications and related functionality
Mollie, for payment processing
WhatsApp, where used for direct communication
Microsoft Teams, where used for online intake conversations, meetings or communications

Relevant matchmaking activity may include, for example, an updated intake, renewed confirmation that you wish to remain available for matchmaking, membership activity, a genuine potential-match process, an introduction, matchmaking feedback, or renewed engagement with The Select Circle’s matchmaking services.

We may periodically review whether applicants, candidates and members remain open to matchmaking and whether the personal information we hold remains accurate, relevant and necessary.

Before the end of an applicable retention period, we may contact you to ask whether you wish to remain active or available for matchmaking. Where you genuinely re-engage with the matchmaking service, we may update your information and determine an appropriate new retention period based on that activity.

If there is no longer an active or reasonably anticipated matchmaking purpose, or the applicable retention period expires without renewed engagement, matchmaking information will be deleted or anonymised unless there is another lawful reason to retain particular information.

Certain contractual, financial, transaction, tax, withdrawal or administrative records may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable law or where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
