These Membership Terms govern participation in The Select Circle matchmaking service.

By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
 

1. Membership

Membership is offered at the sole discretion of The Select Circle.

Acceptance as a member does not guarantee introductions, matches, or relationship outcomes.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Membership becomes active only after acceptance by The Select Circle and receipt of the applicable membership fee.
 

2. Membership Term and Renewal

Membership begins with an initial three-month membership term.

Following the initial term, membership continues on a monthly basis unless cancelled by either party in accordance with these Membership Terms. Members may cancel their membership at any time following the initial three-month term by providing notice before the next billing cycle. Membership fees and renewal arrangements will be communicated as part of the selected membership option.
 

3. Matchmaking Service

The Select Circle provides a personalised matchmaking and introduction service.

Introductions are based on information provided by members, compatibility factors, availability of suitable introductions, and the professional judgement of the matchmaker. The Select Circle may introduce members to individuals within the membership network or to other suitable candidates known to the matchmaker. The Select Circle retains full discretion regarding whether, when, and to whom introductions are made.
 

4. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Inform The Select Circle of any significant changes relevant to matchmaking

• Communicate respectfully with introductions and members

• Participate honestly in the matchmaking process

• Provide reasonable feedback following introductions when requested

Members remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and relationships.
 

5. No Guarantee of Introductions

The Select Circle does not guarantee:

• A specific number of introductions

• Introductions within a specific timeframe

• Availability of suitable matches

• Availability of introductions during any specific membership period

• Compatibility with any introduction

Matchmaking depends on many factors, including the availability of compatible individuals within the network.
 

6. No Guarantee of Results

The Select Circle does not guarantee:

• Mutual attraction

• Chemistry between individuals

• Compatibility

• Relationship success

• Exclusivity

• Engagement

• Marriage

• Any specific relationship outcome

Human relationships involve personal choice, timing, circumstances, and factors beyond the control of any matchmaking service.

The role of The Select Circle is to facilitate introductions based on information provided by members and the professional judgement of the matchmaker. The development and success of any relationship remain entirely the responsibility of the individuals involved.
 

7. Professional Judgement

Members acknowledge that matchmaking involves professional judgement and subjective evaluation.

The Select Circle retains full discretion regarding:

• Whether introductions are made

• Which introductions are proposed

• The timing of introductions

• Membership acceptance, continuation, suspension, or termination
   

8. Conduct and Safety

Members agree to conduct themselves respectfully, honestly, and lawfully.

The Select Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member:

• Provides false information

• Engages in abusive, threatening, inappropriate, dishonest, or unsafe behaviour

• Violates these Membership Terms

• Acts in a manner that may negatively affect the safety, reputation, privacy, or wellbeing of other members
   

9. Confidentiality

Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of introductions and other members.

Personal information shared during introductions may not be disclosed, distributed, or used for purposes unrelated to the introduction without consent.
 

10. Fees and Payments

Membership fees, payment schedules, renewal terms, and service inclusions will be communicated separately as part of the selected membership option.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by The Select Circle.
 

11. Limitation of Responsibility

The Select Circle cannot verify every statement made by members or introductions and cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by any individual.

The Select Circle cannot guarantee future behaviour, intentions, honesty, availability, or actions of any member or introduction.

Once an introduction has been made, all communication, meetings, dating decisions, and relationship choices remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.
 

12. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Select Circle Privacy Policy.
 

13. Changes

The Select Circle reserves the right to update these Membership Terms at any time.
 

Continued participation in the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
